Website terms.

Last updated: October 1, 2026.

This website introduces Waveform Power Group LLC and helps you contact us about electrical and engineering services. These terms explain the purpose of its information and inquiry tools.

Information and calculators

Our guides, examples, and calculator results provide general information. They are not a site inspection, project-specific engineering advice, an electrical design, or a permit approval. Actual conditions, equipment, utility requirements, and applicable codes must be evaluated for your project. Calculator estimates do not establish installation scope, cost, equipment suitability, or guaranteed performance.

Do not use website content as instructions to perform electrical work or expose energized equipment. Contact a qualified professional to evaluate your situation.

Inquiries and estimates

Submitting a form, sending a message, or receiving an automated confirmation does not create a service agreement or confirm an appointment. We will review the information provided and contact you about the next step. Availability and project requirements must be confirmed directly with us.

The accepted written project proposal or service agreement establishes the scope, pricing, schedule, permits, exclusions, payment terms, and any warranties for the work. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement. These website terms do not change an existing project agreement or limit rights that cannot be limited by law.

Photos, plans, and project information

Submit only materials you own or have authority to share, and only information needed to review your request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, identification documents, or unrelated personal information. Obtain any needed permission before sharing another person’s plans or photos.

We use submissions to review and respond to your project inquiry as described in our privacy notice. Submitting a photo or plan is not permission for us to publish it as marketing content.

Urgent situations

The website form and messages are not continuously monitored and are not emergency response channels. If there is an immediate threat to life or property, move to a safe location and contact emergency services or the appropriate utility.

Other websites and services

Links to outside websites, WhatsApp, and other services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their information and availability may change.
